Enterprise Mentorship Logo

Enterprise Mentorship is a program for all Otsuka employees where future leaders are empowered to realize their full potential through mentoring programs and other resources. I wanted to design a logo that emphasized the growth and guidance aspects of the program as well as highlight the feelings of safety and inclusion that come with being supported by one's peers.
